Main Objective

To develop, implement and optimize Lumei’s marketing campaigns across all online and offline marketing channels.


Working Details

  • Plan and execute Lumei’s website, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain Lumei’s social media (WeChat) presence
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners both in China and the United States.
  • Build and lead a marketing department across international boundaries.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years proven working experience in digital marketing/ advertising/ internet industry
  • International studying or working experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing website, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics, skill at MS Office software
  • Knowledge of Social Media, Facebook, Twitter and WeChat
  • Ability to travel to the United States periodically.

  • Accomplish sales objectives by planning, implementing, and evaluating on-line & off-line advertising, promotion campaign, and developing sales action plans.
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Resolving problems, identifying potential customers, implementing change
  • Key accounts periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in sales and marketing or a related field
  • Working experience in car selling, leasing or rental business is preferred

Main Objective

Provide superior client service and build positive customer relationships with clients
Provide easy, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and productive customer experience for all callers.


Working Details

  • Manage call center representatives in the areas of productivity, quality audit scores, and customer satisfaction results.
  • Supervision, call monitoring, coaching, training and annual evaluations for Management approval on all Lumei direct employees.
  • Act as a senior information source, answering agent questions, assigning tasks, following up as needed.
  • Conduct audits within the team and systems to identify and suggest improvements to workflow that result in reduced turnaround, improved customer satisfaction, and enhance quality service
  • Communicating solutions, successes and opportunities to the Call Center Management
  • Perform the work of the front line team on a regular basis and during peak times to maintain service goals, provide support as needed, and address escalated calls and non-standard customer service related issues.
  • Time tracking for staff, hiring, disciplining and terminations as required
  • Receive incoming calls, email, and web requests from a variety of geographically located facilities in a professional, patient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Determine the course of action for each call based on pre-established guidelines and policies & procedures including escalations and urgent work orders.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s business, strategies, policies & procedures which allows us to provide a consistent comprehensive level of service.
  • Finds solutions to customer problems and assumes a high level of ownership for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain individual daily productivity statistics/performance metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of call center experience
  • Proven knowledge of call center metrics and reporting software, experience in measuring call center performance
  • Proactively seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers
  • Must be able to coach, mentor and train
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of applications and resources available for account management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks and remain highly organized in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding of customer service applications
  • Must be flexible to work day/nights, weekends and select holidays as needed
  • Skilled at MS Office software
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Working Time

Working time:From now on, at least 2-3 days/week, at least 3 month internship, over 6 month is preferred.
Work intensity:Flexible working hours, 9:00-18:00


Salary

USA : $10-$15 USD/hour, counting by the actual working hours
China : 20 yuan/hour, counting by the actual working hours
